Product and club responsibilities

The operator supplies the software. Each Club remains responsible for its own sporting activities, membership arrangements and content it publishes. A Club's website should identify that Club and provide its own contact and relevant legal information.

The Subscription Terms govern the Club's software service agreement. The Privacy Notice and Cookies Notice explain the relevant processing. The legal-documents index also provides the DPA, subprocessors and cancellation/refund policy.
